C.N.Y. Cooking Club

You think that this post is about a club I attended during C.N.Y.(Chinese New Year), you're wrong, cause' what you're about to read is related to my C.N.Y. break. I almost cooked everyday during CNY! On Monday and Tuesday, my parents were still home, so I just went out with them. On Wednesday, I cooked 4 things. 1st, I cooked cheese-baked potatoes. I baked it until the cheese was runny and soft. 2nd I cooked a thing called "Nuts n' Bolts", a recipe I found from a Paula Deen cookbook. It was a combo of crunchy cereals and nuts, with a salt, butter, and worcestershire sauce dressing. 3rd I cooked Peanut Butter Balls. I put peanut butter, honey, and crushed nuts. Then I spooned one drop on the wax paper, and I kept doing that until the paper was filled with a gooey mixture. Lastly, I froze it until it got hard and chewy. 4th I cooked (maybe made is a better word) "Orangeade". It is just a mixture of orange juice, water, and sugar. It tasted exactly like its name: Orange lemonade! Then I had a food party with my helpers and brother. On Thursday, I made some tuna melts(tuna, mayonnaise, onions, and cheese burger), also another recipe from a Paula Deen cookbook. 2nd I mage a fish n' chips thingy, from a frozen package of pre-made fish. That was my lunch. After that I made a frozen yogurt-ice treat, and then I made a dish of mini toast with garlic bread dressing. It was yummy.
